Cogan ini merupakan replika salah satu alat kebesaran Kerajaan Johor, Pahang, Riau-Lingga, terbuat dari emas dan perak bertahtakan permata. Berwujud seperti daun sirih dan biasanya diarak beserta alat kebesaran lainnya dalam proses penabalan atau pelantikan Sultan.
